The test is online for ease, lasts about 60 minutes, and shapes the coaching that follows.
There are no right or wrong answers, and you cannot prepare for it. We only ask that you are open to change and willing to ask for help. Reading this, here, means you’ve already made this brave first step. Many don’t.
Other psychometric test providers stop at the results stage. Users are left with insight into their personalities and behaviours, but no idea how to use the data.
